Just a helpful hint to speed things up a bit is, as has already been mentioned, make a macro.
I used:
#showtooltip Warts-B-Gone Lip Balm
/target Lake Frog
/stopmacro [noexists]
/use Warts-B-Gone Lip Balm
/kiss
/cleartargetSo basically I could just spam it constantly without having to retarget the frogs, sped things up quite a bit =)

BEFORE you /kiss a frog, make sure you use the quest item so you dont get wartz!
And if you sucess finding the princess, talk to her. And the quest is done!
I've done this quest several times now and the frog that turns into the maiden is always in the same place.
At the very nothern tip of the lake there will be one, maybe two, frogs sitting closer to the rocks and further from the water than the others. One of these in the maiden. I just completed this quest and can pick the right frog on the first try.

Furthermore, I love the fact that she's a lvl 1 Elite . . . .

Description
I've heard that the Alliance champions are seeking after ancient blades for their warriors. We can't afford to let them have that kind of advantage. There's an old legend from Grizzly Hills about a maiden cursed with a frog's form to protect the blade she has long guarded. She lives among the lake frogs on the shore of Ashwood Lake, just east of Ashwood Post. The only thing said to break the curse is a kiss, freely given. Apply this balm before kissing anything, {name}. Otherwise, you'll catch warts.
