A Dusty Vase

Not visible via Anomaly Detection - you'll have to look for it manually. Found it on the 4th floor just like some of the other comments here.

I completed this quest and took on the next step "A difficult legacy". That quest requires you to click on some dialog options which I clicked while in a raid group and couldn't complete it. I left raid group but I still didn't get credit. I abandoned and reaccepted the quest, but dialog options were not appearing anymore. I am stuck now so for anyone reading this DO NOT do this quest while in a raid group because it will completely bug out and become uncompletable.

I wanted to complete my ATT in the Vaults and this was one of the things missing. I kept going in every week but it didnt spawn. Also Voraxian wasnt infront of the vault for some reason.
After some research i found out that i still had to do the conversation and achievement progress with Veritistrasz for "All Sides of the Story". After i had that completed, Voraxion stood outside the vault with a quest. Next week i found the odd cicular object and a week after the vase.
