TheWoWDBIf you handed the quest in without picking up the spear, you can still get it. Just head into Hellfire Ramparts, it's at 50,55 on the map. Kill the first boss, carry on and go up the spiral staircase. As you come out of the stairs, the spear is forward and to the right of you, next to some boxes by the edge.
Then head back to the Arcantina and place the spear on the wall in the side room on the right.

The Scarred Spear (optional) is found in Hellfire Ramparts dungeon, on the platform outside right after first boss (where it branches towards the next two bosses). It's right next to the right path.

Description
Kurdran and I spent twenty years in Outland on the other side of the Dark Portal, after we'd pushed the Horde back with Khadgar, Turalyon, and Alleria. There were some good times, but any day I don't wake up in Honor Hold is already a good day. That whole time, Kurdran led our scouts with his gryphon, Sky'ree. And on his way out of Honor Hold, he would fly low and fast, dodging everything the orcs threw at him. I think it'd be hilarious if you could go find him some mementos!
