Didn't get an action button. Tried abandoning the quest and restarting twice. Finally I had to relog.
When approaching Spindle, use the acter action spell "Weaver's Wile" on your After action spell. You turn into a sac, then spy on Sureki for a bit.
Next, fly up to the bridge, approaching Spindle again, at which point you will be attacked by a mob of enemies. Kill them, then continue up the road. FYI, there is an Elite mob patrolling the area.
When you approach Spindle next, you'll have to follow him up a path while a wonderfully eerie voice talks trash to you. You'll follow Spindle up to a beautiful little spider city/village-like area and talk to a giant upside-down spider named Widow Arak'nai.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

My people do not think that this Black Blood is a threat to our world. It has sat dormant for ages, after all. Why should that change now? But the world is changing more quickly than my people realize. The nerubians' decision to extract the Blood for their own ends is proof of that.

Make no mistake--I have no intention of sending you off to skitter about in the dark like a freshly-hatched beetle. It wouldn't do to have my little morsel snatched up by a starving cave borer. You must educate yourself, my dear. Your allies have found themselves ensconced in a torrid tapestry.
