TheWoWDBKhaano just disappeared for me right before I could hand the quest back.
He was nowhere to be seen and I had to log out and log in to make him visible again. Beta stuff :-)

Strange Fungus Site can be found at 58.9, 62.5, You need to click on "Drained Fungal Heart" (Looks like mushroom with blossom).
