Completed the quest, didnt get my recipe, for some reason. If this happens to you, Go to Nomi in Dalaran (cooking trainer guy for Legion) he will have all of your recipes you have quested for so far for sale and if im not mistaken it was 12g?
As death knight you can use Wraith Walk to walk to the fire without being slowed.

Description
With Ashildir's judgment, your final trial is complete. But even Valhallas can wait, for now we must eat! Being dead works up quite an appetite. Come now, bring some of that fish to roast over the fire. It is far too heavy for me to carry.
