I have a jade cat but Ella or the fishreed guy wont take it? it says i am neutral...so how to get to where they will take stuff from me? The listed 10 npc's have silver quest marks above their heads, so I am missing something or havnt done something yet, but i do not know what that is can anyone help?

This quest is no longer available once you reach "Best Friend", so if you wish to max out the bar you will have to wait until one of the dailies that rewards reputation with this NPC comes up in the rotation. The food turn-in quests stop working at "Best Friend" too.

Silver quest marks mean you're not a high enough level. You need to be level 90.
