A Leaking Box Marked Perishable is a quest for level 10-60 in Revendreth. It rewards 1 reputation reward, 10,200 experience and money.
A very exact entity wanted this package to reach Ta'tru at the Night Market. It looks like Broker script. The package is clearly leaking, and it is marked perishable. Perhaps delivering it quickly would be best.

So'tru does not seem to have any additional dialogue options when you go to him. It's possible this item will give you access to the Night Market quest drops if you hadn't already done the other quest line here.
I just got this to both drop and even give me the quest a second time, so I assume all 13 of the "favors" quests are repeatable.

Item facts are the current retail client’s (ItemSparse); the specialisations for a pick-one item are the ones the Blizzard quest API lists; faction and currency text is the client’s own. Lowest listed price = the US commodity auction house now.
