Somehow i am stuck and i sems i can t get/find this quest. dunno what to do :-/

UPDATE 2026-06-17: As of now with the new patch 12.0.7 i could do the weekly quest again and just end it without picking an artifact an after it finished i got my missing quest for The Root of Things and could end it for the part of the achivement i was stuck on.
Now i just have to wait for next week to see if i can end the next part also.

I am having the same issue... I've done every quest in the zone, but there is no way to continue the quest for me. The weekly quest for the relics is locked out as well. Only the last two relics to the right are sparkling, but when I click on them it reads that the relic is unknown.

Description
