TheWoWDBOnce the "A New Recipe" quest has been turned in, is there a way to obtain the three Inscription and one Enchanting recipes for additional characters? Or is this only available for one time from the quest turn-in, and the profession rewards have to be given to selected characters, without being able to obtain additional recipes for additional crafters? The quest appears to be turned in only once, not by each character. I don't see the individual recipes available from NPCs nearby.

What triggers this quest?
I want to get the Inscription recipes, but when I visit Ba'choso, there is no quest and there are no recipes avaiable for sale.
This is ridiculous.
As of today, I still haven't received any of the recipes and can't buy them even though I completed the quest ages ago.
