You take this quest from Celestine of the Harvest just outside the SW gates. Turn back from questgiver and you will see the burning Wickerman. The Alinace one. Click on the bonfire in front of it and you will automatcally throw a fire. Quest completed.
It's name like that because You gain time reading this words here and not going to Undercity.
- Time to Lose.
Go to Undercity and just in fromt of gates You have the burning Wickerman. The Horde one. Use item from your bag [Dousing Agent] while not mounted or shapeshifted. Quest completed.

Few people might have noticed this: the use of bonfire provides a 10% bonus on reputation gain, and the bonus doesn't conflict with any existing bonuses (guild perk, human, etc). The festival is an excellent time for reputation grinds.
And even better: you don't need this quest at all. Just click on the bonfire and bonus will be provided, as many time as you like even within a single day.

We let go of our burdens as we approach the winter season and we gain clarity and peace. Join us in our tradition, {class}. Take a branch from the nearby bonfire and hurl it at the Wickerman.
