TheWoWDBWhy are we doing Undercity a favor by making it smell worse? That's like doing their interior decorating for free. Alliance should be dropping perfume bombs that'll cover the Horde in pretty flowers for 30s.

Gertrude Fenlow is located next to the quest giver. Talk to her in order to be mounted on a broom and be teleported up to Undercity!
Also wouldn't it be nice to complete A Time to Lose while already up here?
Simply log out while you're on the broomstick (after dropping 25 bombs of course!) and you will be teleported to graveyard outside Scarlet Monestary. No need to fly Stormwind - Undercity for this!
Talk with Gertrude Fenlow which is standing near the quest giver. She will port you on a broom in Undercity, there you have to put stink bombs around the city.
