After spending a ridiculous amount of time looking for the quest objectives, here is what I found.
1. entrance to the very SMALL area where the creatures are is located at 48.3, 65.6. Previous poster was correct, it is northwest of where the elites are fighting, but jeez was it hard to find.
2. creatures (Ancient Seedbearers) you want to burn are already dead in a narrow section surrounded by tons of beasts that respawn super fast. Just click on the critters and they will catch on fire and your objective will be complete.
Hope this helps you.
If you are having trouble with the Ancient Seedbearer part, its worth noting that it is NOT in the area that you kill the first 25 mobs(the elite adds area), its BEHIND, around 44, 65.
