Description

We have received reports that an eccentric Arathi is accosting our citizens. We have little experience with outsiders and my superiors are wary of a diplomatic incident.

I have been tasked with finding this "Lamplighter" and resolving his concerns. You have worked with the Arathi before - can you assist me?

I have a list of earthen who have reported the Lamplighter. You can interview half the list. Between us, we can hopefully locate the Arathi before he troubles more citizens.

Many thanks! For those without co-ords, ride to the North West Oath Gate, then fly up to the North West tower of that gate. Look up and fly up the set of three rock outcrops to the North. The entrance to the building should now be underneath you. For TomTom users /way 65.45 16.71 Leif - Entrance

Leif won't show up until you've completed the campaign up to Hallowfall. Isle of Dorn and The Ringing Deeps both have entire questlines locked behind campaign progression or the player being level 80. Spend some time playing the game and everything will be available to you. Have fun and good luck everyone!
