This can be completed very quickly by swimming around Siren's Isle and looting the Seafarer's Caches in the water. Took me around 12 minutes with the Blessing of the Seadweller swim speed buff.
If you happen to kill the world boss the first time and didn't get the 50 fragments because you were in a raid, kill him again but don't be in a raid this time. Thats how I got it on my main

Description
We're still processing the data in the Archive and restoring what we can. But... the discs we've recovered so far in the Archive itself are unusable. Finding more of these discs are a priority. We must reclaim our memories. Return what you find to Dagran. He is assisting me in rebuilding the Archive.
