He posted the following that helped me and will for sure help others!Before we can do THAT quest, we actually have to finish up the campaign quest called “The Fleet Arrives” and the final one called “Embassies and Envoys.” However—in order to do those, you have to be at Reputation 4 for Council of Dornogal, The Assembly of the Deeps, Hallowfall Arathi and The Severed Threads.
Once all four have been accomplished, head back to Dornogal where you left Anduin, Moira and company to finish up the campaign quests “The Fleet Arrives” and the final one called “Embassies and Envoys.”

Dungeon bosses drop discs. I got 45 by doing Priory.
You can also get them one at a time from farming treasures and doing other world content, but dungeons are by far the most efficient way to complete.
If you are looking for the waygate to turn in the quest "Archives: The First Disk", it is in 'The Archive' building in Dornogal in The Coreway district (on ground-level, not down inside The Coreway). The Archive building is in the western spot of The Coreway with a low, arched door. Looking at the building, you can see horde flags at the entrance of the building to the left and alliance flags on the entrance to the building on the right.

Description
I am pleased to report progress has been made restoring the titan Vault of Memory in the Archive. I have the mainframe up and running--but part of its internal mechanism has failed over time. Getting parts for it will be a challenge, which is why we need your help. Come with me to the Vault of Memory. We can discuss what we need with Dagran.
