Both of the coordinates for the Ringing Deeps Elders are incorrect, I think it may have something to do with the zone being expanded in 11.1 with Opportunity Point. Archivist Farolt is at /way 44.75, 67.30

They are also incorrect for the Candy Buckets add-on as of posting this.

If this quest reappared on your map with Midnight prepatch - do not worry!

It seems to be a bug, the quest is connected to Lunar Festival and is probably a repeatable quest while the event is going.
The next Lunar Event starts 16th February 2026.
