Did not give any rep today. Didn't do it on any toons before that..

Weird. Working this one today, druid tagged an artifact and got credit for it but it didn't disappear. Tagged it again 3 more times and got credit each time before it disappeared. Moved on to another one and same thing, multiple tags and quest showed completed. Except no reward or rep from it and is still showing in my quest log, but can't be abandoned.
Update: Quest did complete and award rep after I left the island.
