All three objects are within the tower at different heights.

The phylactery was lowest , in my case, it spawned a Shaman and 2 Lords when I opened it. This ma have been coincidence or it may happen every time.

Proceeding vertically the other two objects are in cases higher in the tower. No additional spawns were encountered.

The first one for me was the Phylactery. It spawned a mauler and two shamans.

Next was the Ember Agate, which spawned one mauler and one shaman.

Finally, the Orb, which spawned one lord and one shaman.

I was able to avoid aggro of the spawned mobs on the last two, but not on the first one.

Description

Here's what you're looking for: Trelane's phylactery, Trelane's orb, and Trelane's ember agate. All three should be in chests within the tower. You shouldn't have a problem opening the chests on your own; you just have to be careful of the ogres. You'll need to have your weapons at the ready. Those ogres find out you're there and stealing from them, and they'll be sure to put the hurt on you. Be careful, and good luck.
