As of dragonflight can no longer do these as lvl 70, no quest credit for killing the mobs. Please report in-game bug
If u dont get progress for killing the mobs, because you are level 70 or above 60 you just need a friend or an alt. While on ur main (with the one u wanna progress) just create a party with a friend and activate party sync. With party sync the progress/ the Quest works again. Worked for me and hope it works for u too
