The key drops from Strongarms but it takes a while, I had to kill around 20-30 so the droprate doesn't seem very high.

Quests like that make no sense at all. It takes forever to get the key to drop.
Bad. Just bad. Painful and awful. Why, Blizz? Why?

What to do
Description
Ansid has been captured and imprisoned by the foundry's guards. It seems they were expecting us, completely shattering the element of surprise. My baroness would be disappointed in my lack of foresight. This plan cannot succeed without Ansid. One of these soldiers is bound to possess the key to his cage. Should you find it, we may yet carry out my baroness's will.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Cut to the Bone
I fear if our presence is known, so too is the presence of our comrades. We must develop a contingency. With the foundry on such high alert, we cannot sneak about undetected. Unless, of course, you were to provide a distraction. Perhaps thinning their numbers would suffice.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Crush 'Em All
The mooring platform will be our best launching point to access the necropolis above. But one more fight remains before us. Enforcer Borgulla oversees all of the work efforts that take place here. We'll need to eliminate her if we are to proceed unhindered. She is a formidable foe.
