Like the video shows, entering the portal is a little different than normal, instead of clicking a gear wheel or running through it, you need to stand in the portal in order to teleport.

If you get the portal mission that says "Speak to Tehd" (there are a few different versions) go inside the portal and speak to Tehd (he's just inside the portal on the left) he'll give you a disguise then collect as many treasure chests as you can until your blue bar is complete...then done. If you lose your disguise by being discovered by the eyes then you may have to go back and get another b/c you can't interact with the treasure chests to complete the quest without a disguise. Cheers!
