Eirzay is at a table in the western of the two southern galleries at the Old Sacrificial Pit, 15.6 45.8. You are offered the opportunity to complete a Bounty: Zorikal the Patron.

Quest text:

Ah, there you are. Here to take in the festivities?

Today's bounty is for an Ascended socialite named Zorikal. Seems like one of his gladiators put a bounty on his head. Bit ironic, but I'm not one to complain.

Either way, the reward is yours if you take care of the job.

Zorikal stands by himself at one end of the eastern side of the southern galleries, at 20.6/42.2, and with a yellow title.
