Eirzay, located downstairs from Nana Lek'kel's guardpost at /way #2213 63.77 26.27, provides you this task.

The spears may be found above or below the surface of the water (below might even be easier if you have swim aids). You only have to recover four of them.

Quest text:

The depths are our home, but they do not belong to us alone. We have always had belligerent neighbors of some sort or the other. The kobyss of the Salien Gutters are the latest example.

The General wants you to enter the gutters and scavenge the kobyss' spears. He wishes to ensure that our soldiers have ample opportunity to study the weapons of the enemy.

There should be enough corpses laying about to grab enough.
