It does show up on your map as this purple spider thingy symbol but cords are correct
Ru'murh, at 45.6 51.0 down in The Burrows, silently offers this bonus objective. You are directed to destroy three mutagen caches in the courtyard (a small area centered on 63/84) between the main Transformatory building, the Blood Pits, and the heavily-guarded row of auxiliary Transformatory buildings up against the cavern wall.
Quest text:
<The weave-rat provides you with a knowing look--as well as a map of the area surrounding the transformatory with points of interest marked. Whatever can be found there, the Weaver seems to want it dealt with. Please note that if you're doing this rumour under Level 80, the guards and particularly the Hunting Skyrazor are all 80 Elites, most with Truesight, and will hit you with eager aggression. Fly in low and with caution.
There's an image of the mutagen caches at the link -- they're the tall stacks of red 'black blood' collectors.
