Be warned that the trip back to Shatt at the end of this chain was excruciatingly slow (15 minutes!+). That may be a bug working off the back of the OTHER bug (where you auto-insta-mount while on the ledge), but it felt like I was on the back of a walking goblin instead of a drake/dragon.
I had a hard time finding the quest because Taskmaster Varkule Dragonbreath, who starts the quest, also has dailies, so the exclamation over his head is blue, not yellow. Anyway, if you get noob-brain like me sometimes, don't look for a quest marker but instead just talk to Taskmaster Varkule Dragonbreath.
