Currently a bit buggy at the first Iron Star stage. Most of the soldiers are standing still and cannot be killed. The ones that are actually moving are the ones that can be killed.
Edited for 8.1.5: Still buggy.
Edited for 8.2: It's not buggy!
For those who do not know, as it is not explained well, this quest basically means you need to do 4 World Quests that involve the Alliance to start out.
