Lot easier then I first thought. Mount up and hover over the entrance and wait for one of the Vermilion Sentinel to clear a path to the entrance. Dismount into the cave and kill the last two Twilight Cultist's. Piece of cake.

It should prove more than sufficient to close any hole, tunnel, or portal they might have used to get inside our defenses. Find the breach in our defenses. Close it.
