Vivianne spawns next the firepit near the portal to Undercity, but disappears if someone takes her on patrol.

Respawn timer seems to be about 5 minutes.

Build 18833 of the beta: Vivianne is no longer located in Warspear, Ashran. After receiving the quest from Lieutenant Kragil, go back to your Garrison Town Hall. Vivianne is located next to your mailbox. Upon turn-in of the quest she gives you another quest to add her as a Follower.
