TheWoWDBYou get the quest from Tracker Kenji up on the path above the caverns, but you don't turn it in there. My map kept showing a question mark inside the caverns and I couldn't find anything there. You turn it in at Apprentice Akano, who is in stealth near the bottom of the same path that Kenji is on.
If you're still having trouble finding Akano, try this:
1. From Kenji, follow the path down to the 3-way fork.
2. Directly ahead of you is a large pillar covered in bluish-purple egg things.
3. Akano should be standing right off the path, directly between you and the egg-covered pillar.
4. There is a spiny red ball (sea urchin) right next to Akano.

Whose dumb idea was it to make this quest involve TWO NPCs and to make them a PITA to find?
Horde has one NPC sitting on a rock directly overlooking the eggs in the cave.
The only problem I had was finding the way to the quest giver and back out.

Description
The naga are using these caverns as a hatchery for their deadly deepcoil serpents. These deepcoil serpents are especially dangerous because they have been infused with dark void magic. We must put a stop to this operation before it is too late. The naga forces are already quite powerful. I do not wish to imagine what would happen if Azshara also had an army of these deepcoil serpents as well. Our only hope is to destroy the deepcoil eggs before they hatch.
