Captain Jack Arrow is a nod to Captain Jack Sparrow from Pirates of the Caribbean. He's located in Tigers' Wood in the Jade Forest.

Worth nothing that when you complete the Forest Hozen chain and exalt with them you end up at slightly below maxed in exalted; this quest will put you to a full 999/1000.

Description

Gore from Captain Jack's head drips and mysteriously seeps into the ground as you examine your hard-won trophy. Strange, but no time to investigate that now. There's too much work to be done. The chieftain of your newfound friends will doubtlessly be impressed with this proof of your grookin' skills.
