This specific quest ID is for players who have chosen the Night Fae covenant. The quest is both started and ended at Yanlar inside the covenant sanctum, [zone=12858], at the north west side. Other players will have the same objectives with the following IDs
- Kyrian players, see Challenges in Bastion.
- Necrolords players, see Challenges in Bastion.
- Venthyr players, see Challenges in Bastion.
To complete this quest, either travel to Bastion and complete the specific world quest Disloyal Denizens which can be found in the north-west corner of Bastion, or complete any of the dungeons that are found in Bastion, which are [zone=12916] or [zone=12837], on any non-keystone difficulty (Normal, Heroic, or Mythic).

The "Challenges in X" Calling quests can be completed in Mythic + Dungeons (in addition to lower difficulty dungeons but I could not find it listed anywhere if Mythic+ dungeons awarded credit so I came here to fix that) relevant to their respective zones.
Anyone know what can you do to complete this if you messed up and did the WQ before picking up the quest? It doesn't re-enable the quest which I understand since someone would abuse it for multiple rewards....but perhaps there's still a way to the Tribute of the Paragon?

Description
Bastion has long been one of our closest allies, and a key to the inner workings of the Shadowlands. We cannot abide dysfunctions in the passage of souls. They are beset by a host of issues brought on by dissension in their ranks. Every day, doubt gnaws at their forces, bleeding away their hope, and plunging us further into chaos. Doubt is a powerful foe, and not easily dispatched. Keep your wits about you and crush these dark thoughts.
