If you can't see the quest marker once you hit renown 52, zone to oribos and then back to korthia and it'll appear
You don't need to "hearth/zone out and come back" if you can't see this quest. Just go down the hill and underneath in the cave (entrance 61.68, 21.73), as you come back out, walk towards Hunt-Captain Korayn and "Urgent Message From Ardenwald" will appear.
Go all the way to Ardenweald just to take a breadcrumb quest to go to Maldraxxus. Blizzard absolutely loves pointless, time consuming travel for no reason.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

I have good news, <name>. With the covenants working more closely together, Huln's hunt has found greater success. He has solid leads on two more Night Warriors here in the Shadowlands. He wishes for you to meet him in Maldraxxus about the first. Huln awaits you at the Sepulcher of Knowledge.
The Power of Night has 19 steps, from A Cry From the Heart to Inform the Primus.
Maps its steps are placed on (steps per map): Maldraxxus (8), Revendreth (5), Heart of the Forest (3), Ardenweald (2).
Steps of this storyline count toward:
Steps, storylines and map placement from the client’s QuestLine, prerequisite and QuestPOI data; neighbouring quest text is Blizzard’s own (quest API), shortened to its opening sentences.
