IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THIS WORLD QUEST : Seems like if you are outside of the Emerald dream zone (I was in valdrakken and durotar), it wont (or might not) show up. I saw it was up today while being on an alt in emerald dream, flying through the area getting to a seed and saw the objective pop up. Also, can always check the wowhead main page "WORLD QUEST MAPS" in the "Today in WoW" section.
