First run to the wall and start climbing up by clicking the rocks on the wall. Bear left to go pick the flower on the wall. Climb right again and keep following all the rocks on the wall, turning left. Make sure to go all the way to the dude we are rescuing. There is a rock very close to him. You will be able to click him to rescue him and you get yeeted off in a parachute.
Took me a while to realise I did not get a parachute to toss to him as the quest text mentioned...
Edit: My comment does not take any quest bug into consideration. Sometimes rocks are not there. That is a typical (Jan 2023) issue with the Climbing quests.
This quest was bugged on some phase as of 18/12/2022, it was missing a rock to climb.
Changing phase (WM ON -> WM OFF) did fix it for me.

Hope ye are a quick study, {class}. 'Cause I got no time for a lesson! Grab a pack and find a path tae the top o' that peak. Once yer up there, toss this parachute to our pal Yips. Poor kid got stuck on some vines when these air elementals crashed our plane! Quickly now, so we can get outta here!
