TheWoWDB[npc=120068] actually spawns where the minimap shows. Sadly she is on a rather long respawn timer and has a really low health pool. Prepare to spam some AoE to get a tag before she gets oneshot.
Hopefully Blizzard hotfixes that anytime soon.

Seems to be on 5min respawn timer. Dies pretty much instantly. Suggest having auto-target on and mashing a button to catch her when she shows up.
You might wanna make a macro for this one, eg:
