Continue to Stormwind is a quest for level 1-30 in Elwynn Forest. It rewards 1 reputation reward, 2,050 experience and money.
For a small fee, you can take a gryphon to Stormwind, so you can deliver Argus' note to Osric. You won't get there faster any other way.
If that sounds acceptable, then just speak to me again when you're ready for the ride. I'll charge you a little, but trust me; it'll be worth it!

Despite Bartlett telling you he will "charge you a little", the flight from Goldshire to Stormwind actually doesn't cost anything.
Once you're in Stormwind, open your map (default M) and run to the ? symbol to hand it in.
Strangely, you can also pick up this quest from the flight master in Eastvale Logging Camp.

It does cost, but you get a little more back from the quest reward in Stormwind.
