Absolutely defeatable past your beloved lfg friends have tp-ed out for one very good reason: this boss is susceptible to cc! Pick 1 hp pot just for the case, remember that the stomp is a short stun & breath is a frontal (won't chase you) attack which additionally applies a dot; his melees hit for moderate damage (not to be underestimated by mages though!) - as a frost mage, this guy was basically a joke :p
The target doesn't appear with flashing icons and an arrow pointing to him.
He (it?) is up the stairs and in the round building just south of Talixae Flamewreath. There's a "+" mark on the building. (At least with the addons I have.)
