Death Becomes Him

Death Becomes Him is a group quest for level 45 in Suramar. It is step 6 of 10 in the Statecraft storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Suramar at 57.1, 60.8. It rewards 1 reward item, 1 reputation reward, 6,150 experience and money.

Description

There are two houses that pose a threat to Ly'leth's rise, but we concern ourselves with only one of them now.

House Duskmere commands respect through fear and that fear is not unfounded. Few can boast of magical talent equal to that of Ruven Duskmere.

Without this charming specimen, however, their house is nothing.

I know you may find my methods distasteful. Know that there were demons in Suramar long before the Legion.

This one has lived long enough.

It says that it's a group quest, but I was able to solo it as a Fire Mage with 835ilvl. Just attempt at your own risk, but with 4 Mil health, you should be able to burst him down before he gets a couple of moves down.

He is in the canals in The Gilded Market portion of Suramar. /way 56.62, 60.81

There are a few other npcs around, but none of them aggro when you attack him. They're likely rather happy that you're killing him off, as he's busy trying to force them into boats to send off to a soul engine.

For those, like me, with a deficiency in reading the map and following perfectly good instructions: Go to Astravar Harbor and, if you can't fly, stay in the water. Around 53, 60 you should be able to see the aforementioned canal. (Thank you Fermander and ShadowsDawn for getting me there)
