this is a little bit of a pain to do if everyone in your party is on it as well; the manablooms are not plentiful BUT they do respawn so if you don't get yours done by the last boss just hang out for a minute and circle round the courtyard again.
Did this quest today and got the trinket, [item=137484], as advertised.
Also, if you wait to collect the flowers until after your group is finished, you'll still be disguised as a Nightborne and most (but not all) of the mobs will be neutral to you. Plus the others in the group won't have to wait for you.
