This is a rare elite boss that pats around the path near Suramar coordinates 67,56. He is needed for the world quest, titled DANGER: Oglok the Furious, which is needed for rep with the Wardens. This guy hits like a truck! He does a lot of AOE ground damage and lobs boulders at you. He also has a roar which can be interrupted. New to 110, he one-shotted me easily, so I watched a raid-geared Demon Hunter slowly solo him. It took about ten minutes to solo him to death. Bring gear, or bring a party and a healer! :) Because he is a world boss, he can be killed while in a raid, and you'll still get quest credit.
Oglok has a form of ground smash that does a lot of damage, particularly to squishies but that isn't the big problem. He is surrounded by groups of hostiles, at least one other elite (Cadraeus, who usually stays in his hole but not always) and that area has multiple WQs, so all the adds are insta-respawn. I found the real problem not to be fighting Ugly himself but the groups of two or three adds that joined in for each combatant. With one other player, that meant we were fighting Ugly and five other local citizens plus assorted pets and woodland creatures. Not a problem for my uber Afflock who sliced and diced them into instant succotash but a lot harder for my poor Outlaw who had to take a death and come back for more. Fortunately my partner in that fight was a Paladin who did his best re-enactment of the defense of the Alamo until I got back.
The adds are not tough but they just keep on coming like the Eneregizer Bunny, so you're always fighting a squad of uglies, not just the big guy. If you've got the right gear, it's actually an interesting if intense fight. You'll be killing a dozen or more adds so the gold adds up too.
