TheWoWDBAs there seems to be some confusion about this NPC I will give feedback on how I completed this.
Ondri spawned randomly after I as mining a basilisk in northern Felsoul Hold and gave me this quest. I did in fact go to the cave that was mentioned in other comments at 64,54 and used the glowing stone to summon her.
The fight was rather easy as an 835 Prot Warrior. I let her finish the cast to summon the lesser demons to victory rush heal any health that I did lose and it was no more difficult than any rare spawn in Legion has been so far. Hope this helps and happy hunting!

This most likely has to do with an object in a cave called "Ondri's Summoning Stone" located at 63, 53.7 in Suramar. Cave entrance at 64.2, 54.3.
II got the quest when I was mining Felslate Basilisks for the world quest Felslate Basilisks. So in order to get her to spawn and give you the quest, you most likely have to be in Suramar and be mining anything living that will give you Felslate.
The entrance to the cave is at 64.3, 54.2 in the Crimson Thicket in Suramar. Once you walk into the cave and click on the crystal you have a dialogue option to say "Ondri" and it summons her. She has about 10M health and is a Warlock, so she casts Shadowbolt and Corruption primarily, and also has an 8 second cast called "Summon Lesser Demons" that I always interrupted. At a 836 item level as an Enhancement Shammy she took a minute or two to kill and was able to deal a good bit of damage to me, so self-healing is a must.
