Playing to their strengths......why in the ever living f*&^ is Nomi to be given the job of creating the recipe? He burns every last thing he cooks. He has no idea what tastes good in a recipe because he has never been able to consume anything in his life except booze like all other Panderan. ...I want to say this was a joke wedged in by Blizzard employees as a last eff you reference to the players about the cooking system in Legion.
I came here to try to find this so I didn't have to abandon and redo the quest to see them all, so I thought I'd put them here for the next person:
Wrong Responses:
Micah Broadhoof:
Stay the same:
You are too kind, <playername>
Meerah says: While words of encouragement are always welcome...
Gather Ingredients:
Understood. I will do whatever is needed.
Meerah says: Uh, are you sure about that? Have you seen the size of his hooves?
Boss Mida:
Stay the same:
I really am, aren't I? Tellin' this one what to do 'aint as easy as it looks!
Meerah says: Nothing wrong with positive reinforcement, but...
Create the recipe:
Okay, sure, I can have Kazit make the wine, and long as you don't expect me to drink it.
Meerah says: Hmm, I don't know if that's the best use of Mida's talents...
Nomi:
Stay the same:
You're too kind. We both know the truth though.
Meerah says: You did see him sleeping, right?
Stomp fruit:
I'll do what is asked, but does this mean I'll have to get my feet wet?
Meerah says: <laugh> More like sleeping on the fruit...

Description
Iltheux isn't properly utilizing the help he's been given. Let's fix that. Assign new roles to the workers, ones more suited to their strengths. If you need suggestions, I'm happy to help.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- The Vintner's Assistants
Vintner Iltheux oversees all arcwine production for the Horde. He's used to making wine himself, but the Horde sent in help to speed up the process. It's had the opposite effect. We need to get to the bottom of this. How about you tour the vineyards and see how things are running?
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- A Particular Process
As you might have noticed, Vintner Iltheux is very particular about his wine making process, but his ancient recipe was crafted with only the Nightborne in mind. We need something different to please the diverse palates of the Horde! Talk to Nomi and see what he has in mind to spice things up.
