While it might be obvious, its still worth a mention that if you're doing this in BFA, you'll need to speak with Zidormi to go back to old school Darkshore in order to extinguish this flame.
For those of you whom are curious of what this is for; this is a seasonal quest called Midsummer Fire Festival. You put out your enemy's fire near one of their settlements. This will flag you for PvP. If you want more information check out: Midsummer Fire Festival Guide by Miyari.
