I've farm scrap of pants in différents zone but i've loot mine around here : 43 49 in high mountain. There is a lot of mob here :)

Description
The mouth of this particular beast contained a piece of handsewn cloth. The fabric bears the word "singwa". While the term "singwa" is unfamiliar, it DOES happen to be the middle of the last name of a fairly notable Azerothian skinner.
