@deathxelf you expect the quest to be at the usual spot where u play/feed with him if u you read th quest carefully it say's u need to be at Talanji's rebuke!
You wont be able to apply the armor to your new mount at the usual spot!
Quest is not bugged just dont get confused.
It's the same place where you left Kua'fon after he crashes.
