TheWoWDBYou start out at 0 - Neutral and have to grind 9000 rep to hit Honored. Non-elites give 5 or 6 rep each. Elites 12 or so. They take longer to kill than they really need to so this is going to take forever if you try to solo it. It's reminiscent of the old rep grinds back in Vanilla. For those of you unlucky enough to have done the Timbermaw Hold rep grind, this will feel about the same.
If you are in a party, you might want to stay farther South. The first area by Firewalker Ruins is easy enough to farm but it is honestly over-farmed because for some reason everyone wants to do this solo. Seriously, do not do this solo.
I recommend you fill a raid and camp up by The Blazing Way. There's a section to the North where a bunch of elites spawn and if you are organized you can farm them pretty effectively. The drawback appears that you don't appear to get Timeless Coins or freebee purples while in a raid, except for the rare spawns. Still, those drop off everything and anything so you shouldn't miss them here.
Edit: Just verified that these mobs do keep giving rep after you reach Honored.

All the mobs are pretty though and have abilities that can easily
kill you if you don't pay enough attention (except the Candlekeepers which are non-elite).Like Breotan said, you should group up in order to make this grind less of a pain but also to deter people from killing you for Bloody Coins
Classes with lots of stuns make life a lot easier, especially against the Kilnmasters.

What to do
Description
The pandaren once existed in harmony with the Ordon yaungol. When the island suddenly disappeared, the Ordon faced certain death. In their desperation, the chief shaman called out for aid to the Fire Lords, and was answered. Ordos was his name. Now, he is a creature of anger and violence. Though his people were saved, he burns endlessly in molten agony. There is harmony no longer. The Ordon seek to take the Celestial Court, and sacrifice us all to Ordos. Drive them back, and restore balance.
