Drill Rig Construction

Drill Rig Construction is a quest for level 10-60 in Mechagon. It is step 13 of 17 in the Expedition to Mechagon storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Mechagon Island at 55.7, 60.1. It rewards 1 reputation reward, 8,150 experience and money. Completing it counts toward 2 achievements.

Description

<Prince Erazmin sifts through the resources you both collected.>

Yes... This appears to be sufficient material to repair that drill rig.

I'll do what I can with the parts that I have, but you will need to complete the repairs with yours.

When you're ready, return to that broken drill rig we found and open it up.

Together, we'll have it up and running in no time.

You mean that you first have to wait for a random moment where the charging stations is visible and then ALSO have to wait for a random moment where you can actually charge? Edit: It was visible just now but there was no option to pay for charging. This thing is bugged.

Stuck at this quest with no way to charge my energy cells. Enough spare parts but the charging station in Bondo's Yard shows no option for charging. Other NPC's that should give me questlines that apparently need to be finished first are nowhere to be seen. Is this bugged?
