Pretty much any mob will do for these, however I found the drop rate to be best in the Firewalker Runes on the SE side of the island.
Update - Best thing to do is get a 5 man group and farm...tank/heals and 3 DPS. If you're on a PVP Realm like I am, watch your back.
Does anybody think that we're in fact helping Kairoz getting enough power to modify time so he can help Garrosh getting back in time on Draenor ?
