Quest Log

Duskwing, Oh How I Hate Thee...

Duskwing, Oh How I Hate Thee... is a quest for level 15-30 in Eastern Plaguelands. It rewards 4 reward items, 4,100 experience and money.

Description

I have seen many things in my day, <race>. The peaks of Mt. Hyjal... the oddities of Outland... a wall of Scourge soldiers, proceeding into war. But I have never seen a bat as big, or as shockingly white, as Duskwing.

How he taunts me from his roost!

This albino demon bat circles to the southwest of here, due north of Blackwood Lake. Track him down and destroy him. If he flies too high for you to reach, use my flare to get his attention.

For those wanting the quest reward for xmog, you do NOT have to have started Fiona's caravan questline in order to pick up this quest.

Kill the bat, man.

Duskwing is much bigger than he used to be, at least 5x the size of a normal bat. He also flies much higher than he used to. This quest used to be given by Nathanos Blightcaller, pre-Shattering.
